Continuing my quest to analyze Octarian civilization, I next enter Spinning Spreaders. Just like Spreader Splatfest, it's an amusement park! This one features mostly spinning teacup rides (some of them upside-down) and a long roller coaster. I also saw a group of carousel horses on a single pole all by itself. And of course, there are Spreaders. Spinning Spreaders.
