Well my main is Luigi and I am very good with him here are some tips I want to share. First do some fireballs when it hits move forward and attack instantly. Okay here's another use Luigi Cyclone when someone is very high in the air,tap B,also when you trying to recover use Cyclone as a last resort tap B.

When u mash b during cyclone, u gain more vertical height.
