I know what 'squad' actually means. It's when you get people together, make a name, abbrieviate it, and put it before or after your name. Then you can compete in tournaments for real life cash. I'd be wiiling to make one but I'm only active on weekends. If you are available on weekends (in the USA), comment a name and I'll see what I can do.
