Counter Attacks

You know how with Bayonetta's witch time counter attack, the effects decreases by how frequently it is use, so why can't all the other counter attacks obey the same rule. The power of the counter attacks decrease by how frequently it is use, that way all those fighters with counter attacks will have to use other moves other then counter all the time. Just a thought.

    Do you even know about the stale effect?Its a list of the 9 most recent moves you hit. This means,every move spammed gets weaker,buy bayonetta's comes in a way of a shorter effect,since it causes no damage.Other attacks get their knockback and damage output reduced

    And the strongest your hit is, the strongest the counter will be so even to finish a battle against characters with counter don't use smash attacks or any strong move just to be sure, most of the counter characters are pretty lame against edge guarding

    I'm pretty sure shulk's counter works similarly to bayonetta's even aside from the stale moves.
