Hey!!! I've figured a way to make the Elite Octoling goggles!!! Here's what you need/need to do: tape,papper,old goggels,pink marker,green marker and siccors. step 1: make 2 sets of seaweed on a piece of papper. step 2: cut out seaweed. step 3: color in seaweed on both sides step 4: tape them on sides of goggles. step 5: make a dot in the middel.
