Too bad the only Rock-type move in Pokémon that's both powerful and relatively accurate can only be learned by something (namely Diancie) that can't even use it very effectively because it's primarily a special attacker

    The only powerful and accurate Rock-type physical move, I meant. In terms of special moves there's Power Gem, but unfortunately that's pretty sparsely distributed as well. and diancie doesn't even get it even though Carbink does and Carbink is basically Diancie but with pathetic offenses
