Sending Travelers Out

I've tried six times and gone to my mall near Street and Spotpass areas, but I still haven't gotten any travelers and my traveler hasn't gone anywhere. PLEASE HALP MEH

    my school dosent care. the school gives us tablets to use in class and we keep them until the end of the year. we can use cell phones on the buses and during lunch. sometimes during class we can use them too.

    @Tristan We have iPads that we use during class and they let us bring in phones but they have to be turned in and given to your homeroom teachers. Other personal items are banned.

    unfortunately Japan gets the special treatment. Japan is the best streetpass place in the world, which is disappointing to people in other areas. no doubt it is because Japan gets Nintendo owned games 1st and that where the main building is.

    So I went to the mall today and got a tag. Sadly, it was for MiiPlaza not Tomodachi Life, but this means that the mall is a promising place for Streetpass tags. So for now I'll just bring my 3DS to the mall when are going.
