    Villager VS Marth: A very expirienced Villager main shouldn't have trouble out-camping and punishing Marth, but a lower skilled Villager tends to make bad decisions. Marth has an amazing punish game, and can kill Villager near the ledge with a tipper F-smash at 40%. Marth needs to avoid Villager's projectiles, and play a quick, hard offensive. Don't give Villager room to breathe.

    Dedede VS Marth: Dedede is one of Marth's best matchups, with quick arials, he can easily deflect Dedede's Gordos, and punish accordingly. By doing that, it forces Dedede to approach, and because Dedede doesn't have any very reliable approach options, Marth can easily punish a bad decision. Countering the landing part of Dedede's Up-B is not only free damage, but a away to keep him off stage.

    Marth VS Luigi : Marth needs to avoid getting grabbed, as he has almost no reliable landing options, and most of Luigi's grab combos are based off of arials. If Marth can space Luigi away, now easier thanks to his range buff, and capatalize on mistakes like a missed Nair (it has a lot of cooldown), Marth can rush in with Fair strings. Best kill option would be an airdodge read to F-smash...

    Marth VS Yoshi : This matchup is pretty similar to the Luigi one, except you can punish harder on grabs, and have an easier time edgegaurding. Marth can go quite deep and still recover thanks to his excellent Up-B. It also makes edgegaurding Marth quite difficult, which is a huge advantage against Yoshi, who has great edgegaurding tools. Recover low, and keep a close eye on him at all times...
