Cloud is Limitbroken

Not by much, but Cloud's down b has NO LAG ? seriously ? it's already broken that he can charge his limitbreak just with an attack, but then he still can dodge like normal ? just no.

  • It's a charging move. Samus' Charge Beam, DK's punch, Lucario's and Mewtwos projectile function the same way. Having a lag on his Limit charge would severly cripple Cloud, as his KO options are very limited outside of his Limits and it would take too long to charge it by just dealing damage (while receiving damage to charge it puts him at a risk).

  • @Mikao: his smash attacks are pretty strong, and he has a good range with melee attacks.

  • Cloud is nop Op. His recovry is bad so it's really difficult to edge guard with him, and he has no follow up and no kill moves with his grabs.

  • cloud is certainly not op and all charge moves can be cancelled almost laglessly. ironically he can also struggle killing because he has no kill throw and his smash attacks are quite unsafe. also, his recovery is terrible and he just loses to shields.

  • btw... his limit charge also gives peoplean idea as to what the cloud is hoping to do. a smart cloud would save it in case they get blasted off stage because of his recovery.

  • Most swordfighters have good range, and aside of the Limits and his smashes (where only is forward smash is really reliable) he lacks good KO moves. He has a low learning curve and can be hard to fight though.

  • Anyway, Sakurai confirmed there will be no more updates of the game, so...
