    No. Personality-wise, she acts like a rip-off of female Robin. She may look good, but she loses a lot of points for copying another's personality. Nu-13 (from Blazblue) is still best waifu.

    Unrelated, but is it weird that Nu-13 is a zoner who uses swords (generally a melee weapon) while Noel is a close to mid range fighter that uses guns (generally a ranged weapon)? I'm guessing they kept getting hit by Dragon Fang Shot a lot?
