change player location?

hey guys can anyone let me know how to change player location for ssb4 on wii u? ive been all over the country since i got my console but it still seems to think im in montana. this prevents me from any kind of local battle :( thanks guys!

You need to do that on your console settings.

thanks ive been there but i only seem to be able to find how to change country of residence, nothing more specific

My bad, its on Eshop go to My Menu then settings, the location option is there.
