  • It's name is Fortitudo. It's the first boss of the first Bayonetta game. Pretty much a giant, two headed angelic dragon.

  • Yes it is. In mythology, he is a cross between a Cherub (where the face comes from) and a Seraphim, which are large draconic angels, according to the wiki

  • How can you determine whether or not that it's an angel?

  • According to the Bayonetta game, Fortitudo belongs in the third highest group of angels called Audito along with Temperantia and Sapientia. The don't always look like dudes with wings

  • Just read what Tyler is saying. He seems to know the most about the Bayonetta games in all of the people in this discussion.

  • One thing I love about the Bayonetta games is that the Angel language they speak is an actual angel language.

  • Fortitdo. A angel with two faces on its belly. Very hard and dangerous.

  • Some of the enemies from Bayonetta are weird, lol. You get used to 'em.

  • Yeah, the way we depict angels usually isn't really the way they are. I belive some biblical angels were described as 10 feet tall and flaming.
