Do DLC and Miis count?

On the "Clear Classic on Intensity 7.0 with all characters" and "Clear All-Star on Hard with all characters," do the DLC kombatants (Bayonetta, Cloud, Corrin, Lucas, Mewtwo, Roy and Ryu) and the Mii Fighters count as all characters?
