    There was actually a fangame named SuperDanny where you get to transform into Robot Masters once you've beaten them. The first one featured 4 from MM1 and MM2, respectively. You can actually play the last two matchups in it, but not the first two (as Heat Man and Bomb Man aren't in the game).

    i think metalman would beat cutman because his attack is effective against every robot master in mm2 including himself who is pretty much the same as cutman.

    Actually, Metal Man's weapon doesn't work on every robot master. At least one (Quick Man) is immune to them IIRC.

    That's hard to say, though I guess it's a tie. Fireman is more aggressive, Heatman can transform into a flamepillar.
