    1. Turn Baby Settings ''On'' 2. Have at least one married couple on your island 3. Have the ''Love Problem'' icon appear over a married Mii's window. They will say, ''(Insert Name Here) and I have been thinking about having a baby...'' ...But you will need patience. IT WILL HAPPEN!
