Button feature broken

I can't use the button repeat (button(1)) feature, it worked fine yesterday... like I have to keep pressing the certain button. I've also tried turning off the 3ds and turning it back on.

    its not broken XDDDDDD if your program doesnt check often enough, it just wont recognize, its just a 1/60 second pulse

    Key repeat function will be unavailable before repeat start time and repeat interval are set by BREPEAT.
