Last O.C. (for now) Most people either hate him or love him but either way this is Del. Del is a strange guy because he can fire ink out of his hands. People brand him either a freak or a hero! But either way he's pretty good when fighting but is pretty cocky because of the powers. In his squad he's always arguing with Pappy but besides that has a good relationship with everyone on the squad.
