Anther's Ladder?

I've seen the name tossed around a few times and decided to check it out. It sounds neat but I'm afraid to actually join since there's a lot of things about me that could be easily targeted for insults. I don't know if it's worth the stress...

    From my understanding, most people on there are nice since they're actually there to play Smash legit. I've also heard a lot of them can help you out and make you better. It's like everything For Glory isn't.

    But I've also read a lot of long discussions (not on here) going on about all the bad things too. While they're generally the same as FG (salty/rude players are pretty much everywhere, can't avoid them) there's also Melee elitists, which I'm TERRIFIED of.

    Oh yeah, I wouldn't recommend playing Melee on there unless you're already super good. I thought you meant Smash 4. I'm sure you'll run into jerks wherever you go (I do at tournaments irl), but it's just part of the game unfortunately.

    See, that's a huge problem for me. I want to get better at Melee. I really like Melee (I like all Smash games) but I have some...different... opinions about the game than they do.
