smash bros in 3D?

do you think smash bros should turn into a 3D platformer, or just leave it to 2D? (if you want a 3D smash bros, what new gimmicks should it have?) EX: new final smashes, and/or a new fighter system

    it will be awesome, right? (expesaliy for mute city) because i have a great idea for that stage being 3D, also should\what final smash should change, because a 2D final smash (like some final smashes will look kinda wired in 3D, right)

    my idea for mute city in 3D is that, if the platform leaves you, you will get stuck on the road, not only that, but you can also get hit by racers, and if the platform gets a curtain distance away from you, you will get K.O.ed offscreen. but with saying that, for some of the characters, if they do there up-b on the ground, will teleport right to the center of the stage. (like for mario's pipe)
