    My suggestions are for offstage, if high, f-air and u-air are your only real options, short of waiting for them to come down. If mid, I personally favor b-air, but don't know if it's actually better then f-air. It's just more comfortable to me. Also neutral B is good if you can time it right. Even uncharged it can ruin recoveries. And obvioulsy d-air for the spike if you want to go for that. ...

    cont... If low, again, d-air's spike is an option. I say go for a walk/run off the edge into f-air as they get close. A falling n-air can also be good for the second hit. On stage, I would wait outside getup attack range and go from there. Dash grab an attack or normal getup, up smash a roll, short hop n-air a jump. Those are my suggestions.

    Oh, also, if your opponent is trying to recover with a powerful special, you can try to jump out and counter it to finish them off. But this is very, very risky, as you need to have great timing and know where they're going. Also I wouldn't try it below the edge, as the counter animation can easily leave you below your own recovery range.
