    Start with Super Metroid. There's a demo in Sm4sh Wiiu if you want to get a small taste of what its like, BE WARNED... You're probably going to have to learn the control layout... But yeah... When youre done with the demo go buy the game if you like it... You won't be disappointed.

    The Metroid franchise is the reason of how many Castlevania games while gameplay is still the same but the concept is different through some of the Castlevania series. That's where the term of " Metroidvania " comes from. And I definitely recommend Super Metroid. It's an excellent game. One of my all time favorite games.
