first let me say I have never played watch dogs so watch dog fanboys don't hate me. ok starting off with throws, his pummel should be the baton(whatever hes weapons called) animation from the baton takedown. His forward throw kick then shot with a hand gun, his back throw should be multiple gun shots the toss to the back.

    down throw headlock(same as watchdogs takedown)/ up throw simple just shotting the head(like having gun on the cheast and shooying it in an upwards motion/ the standard attack should 2 wacks with th baton the shotgun/ forward tilt would be hitting person in the head with the butt of the shot gun or assault rifle/ down tilt would be a slide(because parkour)/ up tilt would be an uppercut.

    Dash attack: running tackle. forward smash baseball bat same effect as ness. up smash sniper bullet to the face of opponent in a way that sends him flying upwards down smash a shin kick that buries them in the ground. (I couldn't think of anything else) /Specials: neutral b setting an ied then activating it again with neutral b, side be enforcer takedown works the same as marths side b.

    up b is the GL-94 grenade launcher, his down b should temporary in invisibility. taunts side looking at phone, down taunt wiping out his baton, up b being mister buzz kill brouding probably face his back against the screen something like that.
