    -Go to the Nintendo eShop -Go to the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS page -hit "View Downloadable Content" -Find Cloud, or a bundle including Cloud, and purchase it -download and install the content -start up Super Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS and Cloud will be automatically unlocked

    On the Nintendo eShop, go to Super Smash Bros. Then click Add-On Content and he should be there. Hope this helps.

    3DS: Ingame shop. You can get him the easiest from there. Wii U: Go to the yellow box in the top right corner and press A, then hit X to go to the DLC list. His bundle is at the bottom of page 1 but if you only want his character go to page 2.

    Oh by the way, once you get Cloud from the DLC shop, before he will appear on Wii U, you have to close the software and reopen it to install the DLC. Then he will pop up as soon as it opens!
