Drop Six Boss

How do I defeat the boss in Drop 6? The boss appears after you rescue Miu. Regular photographs do VERY little damage, so I tried waiting for a fatal frame shot. The boss just stares at you and walks towards you until her face is only a few inches away. If she gets close enough to touch you, you die. However, she never actually attacks, so I cannot get a fatal frame.
