    get the ice and fire arrows from mother and child isles. You have to shoot mr frog tornado guy with arrows to teloport to the mother and child isles inside. Get the arrows, and head back to ice ring isle, which should be by the private oasis and outset island, inside theres the iron boots. all yours!
