I think Pit is better than Dark Pit.

(Please keep in mind that they're so similar that it hardly even matters. Infact, this is mostly just because of my play-style.) I think Pit's arrows are much better. Being able to control them is huge for me, as I can snipe them every time they're in the air or other situations. (continued in comments)

    The controllable arrows lead to me getting lots of percent that I couldn't get with Dark Pit's. (About 10-20% a stock, not even exaggerating) I've even gotten KOs by turning them and shooting people. I couldn't do that with Dark Pit.

    Most people will bring up that Dark Pit's side B is better. And yes, it is. But both their side B's are so situational that I don't think it matters. Side B is so punishable that I barely even use it, except for hard reads. Meanwhile, like I've said, the arrows are much more useful, and I find Pit's to be better. Also, if I'm correct, Pit's side tilt kills easier, so that helps.

    I usually have difficulties landing Pit's Arrows, since they're usually pretty easy to air dodge. I'm rarely able to land them enough times to get over 10% damage. And they're weak enough that getting KOs with them are very rare. They are still certainly better than Pitoo's, at least. I think Electroshock post-patch has saved more more times than Pit's arrows ever have.

    That's the thing, I don't have difficulty landing Pit's arrows, but I don't use side B often. So for me, at least, Pit is better.

    Pit's side tilt can kill earlier, but it still kills so late its hardly a practical kill move. Besides, I think Dark Pit's is supposed to be able to jab lock. Either way though, I don't think it matters that much. They're usually put next to each other on tier list for a reason. The differences between the two are so insignificant it doesn't even matter who's "better".

    I agree. I have Pit customised with arrows that are even easier to turn. But in truth, Dark Pit and Pit are so simular that they could almost be pallet swaps.

    I think who is better depends on your playstyle. I find their side-b pretty useful for punishing aerials.

    I've said multiple times that it depends on play-style. I get a lot of damage off arrows, but hardly use side B. So, I find Pit to be better.

    I like Dark Pit more because whenever I win I get to lesson to his amazing theme song :3 Because of my playing style, arrows don't really matter to me. I only use them to pester players who run away from the inevitable.

    According to the tier list, Dark Pit is the better one, but the differences are so miniscule that, like you said, it hardly even matters. Tiers hardly even matter.
