    Based on what I've gathered, this Jeffrey guy is a Minecraft-obsessed kid who constantly wants Steve for Smash, even though DLC is completely done. He treats his own opinions as facts, and he blocks anyone who disagrees with him. In short, you should block him immediately. I found his profile and blocked him in advance, so it's recommended that you do the same.
