Why is corrin so overpowered?

Ok, so ive stopped playing smash for 2-3 months and when i came back i see this new character named corrin and he or she bested all of my mains (Duck hunt, Pittoo, Luigi, Villager, and Pit) So can some please tell me the strengths and weaknesses of this new character.

    Corrin ans Bayo are probably going to be nerfed soon. The reason dlc is so op is because it gives people an incentive to buy it.

    dodge a lot and don't make your attacks predictable or Corrin will counter them. Also, try to attack right AFTER he fails at a counter because at that time he is vulnerable and won't be able to attack you right away!

    What I don't understand is why people blame a new character that's good for their problems. It's not like he/she is invincible or anything. So what if she is easier to learn how to play as well.
