    There is something wrong with you if you said "Brawl was more diverse" and "has a better system of playing". Okay then. I'll be here, playing PM fast while you can play Brawl with Broken Knight and trip all day.

    the only reason i tolerate brawl,is so i can play my mains snake and wolf, i also use iceclimbers and ivysauar a bit, boss battles is ok. but its hard to keep playing when i dont like the rest of the game,for my many reasons.

    Just download PM. It has more characters than Brawl, new stages, new modes, and still has Subspace Emissary and the Challenge mode. It also plays just like Melee. Best of both worlds.

    all i did was tell a guy to play it with a friend if he couldn't get melee and boom banned. anyways i love brawl. kina hate smash 4 because of how it practically destroys defensive play and promotes spamming from best to worst 1.Brawl 2.Melee 3.Smash 4 4.Smash 64

    believe it or not brawl was balanced ( i know 55 people just screamed MK) but still it was pretty balanced brawl has a interesting metagame due to one in game balancing mechanic. the more you spam a move the less damage and knockback it will have. this discouraged players from spamming and put emphasis on combos making the metagame stronger but smash 4 is spams galore.

    combos? in brawl? ssb4 and melee has better balance imo,the mechanic you're refering to is stale move negation.not a big deal if the opponent is spamming the move, it makes them predictable and easy to punish. the mechanic is still in smash4 i think. but it doesnt bother me either way. i also like the ledge trumping mechanic too.

    the ledge trumping in ssb4 makes it more dynamic,as opposed to watching your opponent falling to their deaths,a boring kill i might add.

    smash 4 destroyed defensive strategy everything is a projectile camp fest now or its corrin counter spamming its hard to play a decent defense due to this you are basically forced to conform to a playstyle because rolling and sheilding dont work up close anymore. as for stale move negation its exists but it has been drastically cut down from brawl smash 4 isn't for competitive play

    I dislike Ledge Trumping and much prefer Brawl/Melee ledge mechanics (ledge hogging ftw). I don't play Brawl anymore though because it's a hassle to play it w/ the Classic Controller Pro and the disc only seems to work half the time (I played it a LOT back in the day; about 700 hours).

    one thing i do agree on,in ssb4 is the counter spaming i hate the lv9 cpu abusing it!(i dont have this problem against human players) ssb4 is still competitive,there is a lot of variety of characters,even some low tiers have a chance compared to the old smash games.
