The rules are as follows: -Dye your hair in the matching color of your dress! (Different colored highlights are allowed) -Bird-cage apron dresses are much preferred, but also optional! -YOU MUST WEAR A DRESS! -Send two comments (photos), your outfit, and your makeup! The winner's comment will be YEAHed! ◆Kira-Kira◆ Only up to 30 contestants are allowed.
