I absolutely love Smash 4s roster and I wouldn't change a thing but in about 7 years it will be time for Smash 5 and I hope characters make it. sam fisher appeared on gamecube then nintendo 3ds and then on wii u but started on X-BOX PS3 and PC

why pichu he is the second worst character in melee cuz his electric attacks deal damage to opponents and himself so pichu is a bad idea

Now for my suggestions, I won't repeat any characters you listed. Wolf (Star Fox) Bring him back! Krystal (Star Fox) If not Wolf. (gen 7)Pokemon Trainer (Pokemon) Let's have both boy and girl trainers using Gen 7 Starters! Impa (Zelda) a new rep for Zelda! Bomberman (Bomberman) Makes sense for 3rd party character. ;)

@Blue Snow Isn't it a little unfair to say no to Isa or Kachi just because they aren't familiar to you? There have been lots smaller Nintendo series that have become popular through Smash. Sin & Punishment does still have their assist trophy where as Golden has lost representation entirely. No Ninten? No Elma? Not that you can't have you're own opinion but I'd love hear your view of why not.

@Hawkeye Concerning Isa/Kachi. I don't know if S&P is popular enough to have either of them to take the spot over Saki. If anything, Saki should get the promotion to playable. Ninten looks like another Ness clone. I think Duster or even Porky would make a better third rep than Ninten. As for Elma, I think Cross/the Avatar, would be a better option, and should have different looks for each Alt.

Personally I think Starfox is fine with just 2 characters A 7th or 8th gen Pokemon (depending on when the next Smash come out) and Inklings are a guarantee

@Blue Snow As long as they're Nintendo characters they don't have to be popular. If Sin & Punishment does get a fighter it would make sense for it to be Isa and/or Kachi sense 2 was more successful and had a global release. Same reason we have Ness representing the Mother series and not Ninten. Speaking of Ninten, he could use classic Mother weapons and items instead of PSI.

Or maybe Paper Mario (He has a ton of potential to not be a clone of Mario, like Cudge (the hammer), Spring Jump, Thoreau as a grab, Thudley (ground pound), a possible Smash Taunt, Koops/Kolorado, Bombette/Admiral Bobbery/Boomer, Kersti, etc)
