How'd you rebalance? Mr. Game & Watch

If you were given the task of character balancing, what would you change? Today we tackle the two-dimensional Mr. Game & Watch. Only one guideline: keep the character's gameplay concept in mind. Otherwise, there's really no wrong answers. And 'I would change nothing' is a fine answer as well!

His Side-A move a would slightly increase it's attack and knockback when i tried Mr.Game and Watch his side attack does very little knockback.
