Ups and downs of playing, and ways to calm myself

I keep feeling bad, not for loses, but when online I sometimes get flustered and play alot worse than I ever should in these moments. What am I asking is a way to get better at not having this happen, and get over this nervous issue. Similar to how I feel when doing all-star.
