Mii's break(as in not following the rules) the no customs rule, "they" get to "their" custom special move set, and Kirby can't copy them either except Default Mii's B Special. That is completely unfair if no customs but Mii allowed, same as Custom Special on (Miis)/Custom Stats Off(Everyone).

Mii's should be banned in my opinion, but yeah I think they're allowed only if they have the normal size Mii, and the moveset of 1111. Otherwise, it's banned. The reason why Mii's need to have that moveset is because it wouldn't be fair for Kirby players to not be able to copy the standard special your foe has customized.
