    I'd honestly wait at this point for the inevitable Pokemon Z or equivalent this year. This is Pokemon's 20th anniversary, after all, and with how frequently Pokemon games are put out, it's veritable blasphemy for the company to not put out a big game this year. X/Y and Oras have almost no post-game content anyway...

    X&Y: Great online multiplayer and features. However, the single player stuff is the most bored I have ever been in a Pokémon game. Characters are bland, Team Flare is neither menacing or comedic, environments are lackluster, new pokémon variety is not there, and little post game. ORAS: Great remake that brings both nostalgia and new ideas to the series with a fleshed out plot and post game.

    X/Y has O-Powers (hatching eggs/grinding EXP/easy money), Restaurants (easy money/EXP), straightforward Battle Tower-esque facility (easy to get good items quickly), Friend Safari (easier to get Hidden Abilities), and Super Training (EV Training's easy). If you take battling seriously, X/Y goes out of its way to minimize the grinding.
