Ayuda!!!! No se que pasa con mi 3ds!

En mi 3ds antes podía jugar normalmente en internet pero no se que pasa que ahora ya no me deja entrar en internet sólo en ese juego tengo la versión del wii u y ahí puedo jugar normalmente en internet pero no en el 3ds no creó que me allan baneado porque puedo jugar en el súper smash del wii u en línea

    No puedo ni si quiera jugar con amigos en línea cuando me intento conectar me dice que se produjo un error de conexión nada más pero mi internet funciona con otros juegos del 3ds y wii u normal

    Traten de borrar la conexion de internet que tienen en el 3DS y vuelvan a ponerla, puede que eso funcione.
