You have to get fire and freeze arrows than go to the islands that are hot and freezing cold you'llget items that will help you and you need a specific song so you can warp to the fairy that controls all fairys and she'll give you the arrows you need the fire arrows and freeze arrows tnen warp back to outset island after you get the Items you need but you need the arrows first and get the warp spl
