Toonn Link Recovery

I'm asuming Links recovry is easir to attack than Toon Links. Seriously I try to KO with it but it doesn't harm them, but Link somehow does

But Toon Link's recovering is better when "actually" recovering. Each moves has there advantage and disadvantage. Toon Link can recover far unlike Link.
