Need more of this specific gear effect, Tips?

Ok, so I'm going to require more pieces of gear that have the Critical Hitter effect, for the purpose of arming 2 amiibos I'm planning to get to complete my collection (Roy and Lucina) and I want them both to have the Critical Hitter effects, but since it's so bloody rare, I'm in need of pro tips for getting good gear effects, so have at it m80s!
