If you could remove any character from any Smash game, who would you remove?

Since there's a lot of discussions and whatnot about who you want in Smash, I thought I'd ask the opposite. RULES: -You have to give which Smash game you'd remove the character in, because justification. -No DLC characters, because DLC, while fun, is optional. You can choose not to download it.

    I have to agree Drew, I'd prefer to be there. Although, in all fairness having 3 guest Capcom characters would be ridiculous. I already don't think that it's fair to have 2 Capcom and 2 Sega characters when there's only one Namco and Square Enix character. The big Nintendo bias makes sense since the series started as a Nintendo crossover fighting game, but why the uneven 3rd party representation?

    If Phoenix Wright made it into Smash I'd lose a lung from laughter. But honestly I'm not one for removing. I enjoy having more characters. The more the merrier as the saying goes.

    @Ninty Fan There are people who wish his moveset was more Wario Land based moveset. He also seems more vulgar to me in a sense here than in the Mario games. @Buddy Maybe for the Square Enix thing it's because getting Cloud alone was such a hassle. But Geno was planned to be a full fledged fighter as opposed to just a costume. I want to live in that universe too... Not sure about Namco, though

    I know, Wright isn't a logical choice but there's just a little part of me that wants him in. I don't know, maybe it's the inner superfan in me. With Smash 4, I'd leave the roster as is. Anymore work on the game and Sakurai is going to drop dead. It still doesn't mean that I don't want more characters, but Sakurai just needs to rest.

    Yeah, Square Enix is a bit bullheaded about their characters. Who am I to talk about a company's protectiveness of their characters on a Nintendo forum, considering that Nintendo can be just as bad. I suppose that Namco doesn't have too many other characters that are super famous like Pac-Man. I just don't like the idea of one third party having more characters over the others.

    @Cathrine I agree. We should leave the man alone about Smash for a while. Smash 4 is done, unfortunately before any April Fools Day patches. @Blaze Bowser Jr. is kinda bad but I still like him. Or Ludwig, rather.

    Lucina(SSB 3DS/Wii U): Basically a female Marth that is a bit more powerful, otherwise the developers simply weren't thinking right when they put her in(and don't start with the FE Awakening advertisement, Robin could've done that alone). Toon Link: Basically a younger version of Link who has the exact same moveset with different comboes. Continued in next post

    Sadly, Toon Link fails to have any difference from Link(other then move combos, move speed, move range). SSB4 for him. R.O.B(SSB4): Despite Nintendo's best effort, R.O.B falls short of his potential. The laser and gyro are easily counterattackable making him vunerable. Only good thing is Up B, which requires incredible luck to execute properly. Peace Out.

    Bowser Jr/Koopalings, Wario, and Dark Pit are awesome! If there is one character that should be removed from the franchise, it's Jigglypuff! Jigglypuff, began as a annoying joke character, and that hasn't changed much throughout the years! She's an obnoxious character from the early years of the pokemon games and the anime, that only deserves to be mocked and beat up!

    @Captain M She's popular in Japan, which is why she managed to get to Melee, let alone Brawl and 4. @Matthew Toon Link is just puny Link, R.O.B. was better in Brawl, and Lucina is a little too simplistic for her own good. I have her as a secondary main, is that bad?
