You need to walk by someone that has streetpass for tomodachi life. Worked for me.

Well...for video games, I'd say Animal Crossing. I've had Tomodachi Life for over a year now, so its kinda old to me. Animal Crossing is the newest game I have. (Got it as a birthday present, just like Tomo)
