While I absolutely despise Lin from Xenoblade Chronicles X as a character, she's probably one of the better party members gameplay-wise before postgame because both of her unique Arts are fantastic offensively and Shield/Gatling Gun is one of the better weapon combinations for taking on lower-leveled enemies.
