except Cinccino has extremely high-powered coverage in the form of Bullet Seed and Rock Blast, whereas while Ambipom has coverage, it's not powerful by any means and Cinccino is still terrible despite having three moves to abuse Skill Link with because its Attack stat is awful and so are its defenses at any rate, they're both outclassed because Meloetta-Pirouette exists and also is in RU
