    You can make a Waluigi Mii Fighter. He is an assist trophy. Sakurai has said that Waluigi would not fit in with the rest of the Sm4sh because of his inconstant proportions. In other words, Sakurai doesn't know how tall or thin to make Waluigi. I wanted him too, so you're not alone.

    Waluigi needs to be liberated, bro. Sakurai can do anything, remember in Super Mario Sunshine or Super Mario Galaxy where Bowser was 10x as big as Mario or Luigi? HE made it as a fighter even with his size. But not Waluigi? Bogus! #LIBERATETHEWAA

    It wouldn't make sense to have someone as both an assist trophy and a fighter. Speaking of which, Krystal STILL is neither. She needs to be in, if she still has her original voice actress, ofc. Fox's and Falco's new voice actors make my ears bleed.
