How'd you rebalance? Bowser

I haven't done one of these in quite a while. If you were given the task of character balancing, what would you change? The subject of the day is the Koopa King himself, Bowser. Only one guideline: keep the character's gameplay concept in mind. Otherwise, there's really no wrong answers. And 'I would change nothing' is a fine answer as well!
