When Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow are released on 3DS Virtual Console, I think I'm only going to get Blue. The only two Red exclusives I care about, Scyther and Electabuzz, are obtainable fairly easily via the long-range trainer glitch, and I prefer all of Blue's exclusives otherwise.
