I actually want Mario Tornado back.

Who doesn't. The only problem is, that Doc would have the same moveset. Also Mario would have a lot of recovery options.

    So you want a move that can only kill at high percent, that's terrible in recovery, and will leave you vulnerable (at the end of the move)?

    Yep. But in Smash 64 and Melee it could be a rising Down-B, now it's just for a good combo starter.

    F.L.U.D.D and the cape are really good at edgeguarding, also if F.L.U.D.D is charged up at max, it can be good for recoveries.
