    Routs 5, 6, 7, and 12 I believe. And answer your other question about the starters: Bulbasaur from this girl in Cerulean who nurses Pokemon. Your Pikachu has to be happy, though. Charmander from this trainer on a hill just a bit north of Nugget Bridge. And Squirtle from an Officer Jenny in Vermillion after beating Lt. Surge.
