    Wow, this is an amazing moveset. As an fellow Undertale fan, this blows me away. Though I feel that Gaster Blaster is a better neutral special, Undyne's spear throw as a side special, and Maybe the Blue attack as a down special. All you can do to dodge them is stand still. If you dodge, you would still get hit. Every thing else is great.
