If only I rolled the White Inky Rider with 2+ Run Speed and Special Charge Up then everything would be even. xD hmm Maybe when I get sea snails again i'll try for at least a 2+ Run Speed with Special Charge Up if I don't get full Run Speed. Seems good gear for Hydra Splatling, maybe i'll try to get good with this combo...

In my opinion run speed up is not worthy on hydrra with its very long charge time... It needs ink saver and refill!
